Placing an Order
Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day (except holidays), providing that there is no problem with the payment authorization or verification and the products ordered are in stock. Most orders shipped within the United States will arrive at their destination within one to six business days.
If you have not received your order within 6 business days, please contact us immediately at 972-428-5440.
AxionTech.com cannot be held responsible for product incompatibilities and manufacturers' typographical errors or defects.
AxionTech.com is not responsible for performing the research required to uncover compatibility issues among products. It is the customer's responsibility to check out each manufacturer's on-line technical support area, visit relevant forums and newsgroups, read applicable FAQ's, etc. AxionTech.com encourages its customers to perform this research before they place an order. We want to prevent any unnecessary and completely preventable customer aggravation and expense.
Cash orders are only available for local pickup orders. If a product is not in stock in our local warehouse, then
the cash order must be paid in advance
before AxionTech.com will order that product.
Modification
Order(s) may be modified
only
by telephone and
only
during our normal business hours, which are 9AM 6PM CST, Monday through Friday. No order modification sent by e-mail or postal mail will be guaranteed. Depending on the status of the order, adjustments may or may not be possible at all.
Cancellation
Should you decide to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable and a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. In addition, we will also deduct shipping freight for the product to be returned to us by UPS/FEDEX.

Credit
Please allow 4-7 business day for all returned products to be processed. If a credit is due, you will receive the credit within 1-2 business days. All credits will be issued back to the original source of payment only. Please do not ask us to issue a credit to a credit card or person which is different than the one named on the original transaction invoice.
Shipping
AxionTech.com ships your product by UPS, Fedex, US Postal (for APO/FPO addresses only) and Freight. We strictly follow the UPS holiday schedule for our own holiday schedule. We will ship your order as long as the carrier is open for business to transport the order. By selecting a certain carrier, you have indicated that you agree to all the carrier's Terms and Conditions.
Services
AxionTech.com can not be held responsible for data missing and/or liability of data loss. All customers are required to backup all data prior to bringing their computer and/or equipment for service.
Any computer and/or computer products left at AxionTech.com facility for more than 3 months (90 days) will be disposed. AxionTech.com reserves the right to do whatever action necessary to remove the equipment from our premises.
Return Policy & Procedure (RMAs)
AxionTech.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the selling price for any non-defective product returned for refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs including DOA due to manufacturer defect unless TESTING is paid.
Customers may return products for refunds or exchanges within thirty (30) days from the date AxionTech.com shipped the products if they have a valid AxionTech.com 10-digit RMA number. After thirty (30) days, refunds and exchanges are no longer available for any products.
By "exchanges", we mean that the customer will be receiving a different product than the one they returned. For example, the customer returns an nVidia GeForce 3 video adapter they purchased from us and at their request we ship them a Radeon 9700
in exchange.
A replacement, on the other hand, would involve us sending to that customer a new nVidia GeForce 3 video adapter to
replace
the defective one they returned.
Replacements are not restricted to the thirty (30) day policy, but are covered instead by AxionTech.com's one year warranty.
Before returning products to AxionTech.com, all customers must obtain a valid AxionTech.com 10-digit RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Products received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Customers should call us at (972) 428-5440 during the hours of 10AM 5PM CST, Monday through Friday, to obtain a valid 10-digit RMA number.
CPUs and memory items are not refundable or returnable under any circumstances. If a CPU or memory module arrives at a customers site D.O.A., then the customer must call our Tech Support department and obtain an RMA number. If such a processor or memory module is found to be defective by one of AxionTech.coms qualified technicians, it will be replaced. If an exact replacement is no longer available, then the defective product will be sent to AxionTech.coms vendor or to the products manufacturer for repair or replacement. Normal turnaround times in such cases vary from a few days to several weeks. An exchange to a different type of processor or memory module in such cases is not guaranteed and will only be made upon approval by a senior AxionTech.com manager.
Opened and/or used toner cartridges and printers are non-refundable.
Operating Systems/Softwares/Licenses/Games are non-returnable under any circumstances.
AxionTech.com reserves the right to refuse any package(s) returned without proper documents and/or a valid RMA number. Such packages will be returned to the sender's address and the sender's account will be charged for the return shipping costs. If there is no customer account to which AxionTech.com can charge return shipping costs, then the products in the package will be considered AxionTech.com property and no refund or credit will be issued to the sender. If the customer refuses to authorize return shipping charges, then the products in the package will be considered AxionTech.com property and no refund or credit will be issued to the sender.
AxionTech.com is not responsible for shipping charges back to AxionTech.com.
AxionTech.com must receive RMA products within ten (10) business days of the date the RMA was issued. AxionTech.com reserves the right to reject any RMA package returned later than ten (10) business days from the date the RMA was issued.
Return products arriving at AxionTech.com twenty-one (21) or more days after the RMA issue date will be automatically rejected.
Due to manufacturers' policies, customers must not mark on, write in or damage any product's documentation, packing box or product container. Customers will be charged a penalty fee ranging from five dollars ($5) to fifty dollars ($50) for each item which has been damaged or defaced in any way.
Customers must ensure that all original parts and accessories are included with any product they wish to return. Otherwise, AxionTech.com reserves the right to charge appropriately for the cost to replace each missing item. Customers should allow 4-7 business days for all returned products to be tested.
If a credit is due, an additional 1-2 business days should be allowed for time to process that credit.
Warranty
All standard brand new OEM products are guaranteed for one (1) year by AxionTech.com unless specifically noted otherwise. Some products may carry more than one year of warranty from the manufacturers themselves.
New Retail Box products with product registration and/or warranty registration must claim warranty directly with manufacturer.
Items purchased through our QuickSell department carry a 7-day DOA (Dead On Arrival) only warranty. The 7-day warranty period begins the day the package is delivered to the Ship To address by our carrier.
Warranty periods begin on the day the package is delivered to the Ship To address by our carrier. AxionTech.com is not responsible for warranties beyond one (1) year from the date the package is delivered to the Ship To address by our carrier.
AxionTech.coms warranty is voided for any product that is returned in a damaged condition, whether the damage was caused by the shipping carrier or by the customer.
Defective products will be replaced with the same product if the same product is still available. Otherwise, AxionTech.com reserves the right to decide whether to repair the defective product or to replace it with a similar product. An AxionTech.com technician would call the customer to discuss their options in such situations.
Cross-shipment for replacements or exchanges may be allowed solely at the discretion of AxionTech.coms RMA Manager. Absolutely no cross-shipments will be authorized after thirty (30) days from the original product ship date.
Defective products returned for replacement or repair within the warranty period will be shipped back to the customer via UPS Ground Service.
The warranty period for a replacement item continues from the day the
original
package was delivered to the Ship To address by our carrier.
For any returned for repair product not found to be defective, AxionTech.com reserves the right to charge the customers account/credit card for its costs to ship the non-defective product back to the customer, as well as a testing fee of not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00 US).
Under no circumstances will AxionTech.com be responsible for any damages to customers equipment caused by products purchased from AxionTech.com.
AxionTech.com will not be responsible for shipping charges on any product or package which is returned to AxionTech.com.
